Installing the engine has now allowed us to continue with the main deck. We had fitted all of the framing before hand & all that was left was to give the saloon deck framing a final fairing after it had been glued in. We had pre-painted most of the decking components out of the boat including the underside of the ply deck (which we sprayed) for ease of access & speed.

You can see also that the saloon deck has been fitted. We are now in the process of gluing a high density rubber to the underside for additional sound deadening.

The fourth picture shows the almost complete cockpit hatch. (Under all of the rubbish)

The last two pictures are of the side decks & scuppers. (Scuppers have a hardwood insert to protect the plywood edges, even though everything is going to be glassed over)
