This site advertises boats for sale. Listings are placed by brokerages and by private owners selling their own boat, and some are supplied to us by other listing services. We publish and present those advertisements.

Any sale is a matter between you and the seller or their broker, on whatever terms the two of you agree. Unless a listing states that we are the listing broker, we are not a party to it and we take no commission from it.

Specifications, descriptions, photographs and equipment lists come from the seller or their broker. We do not inspect the boats and we cannot guarantee that any of it is accurate, complete or current.

Treat everything on this site as a starting point, not as a representation you can rely on. Before you commit to buying any boat, verify its condition, its specification and its title yourself — in practice that means a sea trial and a survey by a qualified marine surveyor.

Prices shown are asking prices, in the currency stated, and they change. Some sellers choose not to publish a figure. A boat may be under offer or sold before the listing is updated.

You are responsible for what you publish. You confirm that you own the boat or are authorised to sell it, that the information you give is accurate, and that you hold the rights to the photographs and video you upload.

Material you upload for the purpose of advertising a boat may be used and reused by this site in connection with that advertisement and our marketing, as set out in our privacy policy.

We may edit, decline or remove a listing at our discretion — for example where information appears false, where a price looks like an error, or where a boat is no longer for sale.

Please do not: scrape, harvest or bulk-copy listings or seller details; use the enquiry forms to solicit sellers for services rather than to enquire about a boat; misrepresent who you are; attempt to interfere with the site or gain access you have not been given; or republish our content as your own.

Sellers’ contact details are published so that buyers can enquire about their boat. Using them for anything else is a misuse of this site, and we act on it.

We publish a read-only connector that lets an AI assistant search the catalogue on your behalf. It is described on our AI assistant page, and these terms apply to it as they do to the rest of the site.

An assistant can summarise a listing incorrectly. The listing page on this site is the authoritative version, and the caution above about verifying a boat yourself applies with more force, not less.

The design of this site, our reference articles, our market data and our compilation of the listings are ours. You are welcome to read them, quote them with attribution and link to them. You may not copy them wholesale or republish them.

Builder names and model designations belong to their respective owners and are used here to describe the boats advertised.

Some listings and articles link to brokerage sites and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

We work to keep the site available and its information current, but we provide it as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from any dealing with a seller or buyer you found through it — including a purchase that disappoints, information in a listing that turns out to be wrong, or a boat that is no longer available.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
