Exterior Photos

This 1979 model shows a shiny gelcoat and a full glass windshield forward of the lower helm, with a fiberglass swim platform aft.

Deck Photos

The sundeck has a hardtop with Isinglass enclosures, a wet bar with sink, folding teak table with teak chairs, side deck wing doors, and a six-step ladder to the flybridge. Up top, the flybridge carries a bimini over two helm seats and a forward-facing bench on a non-skid deck, with a canvas cover to protect the helm when not in use.

Interior Photos

The salon features a large couch, a Stressless recliner with ottoman, teak side and coffee tables, large built-in storage to port, side windows with blinds, and a 40" Toshiba flat-screen TV. The space shows navy blue carpeting patterned with white anchors and 6'5" ceiling height.

Cabin Photos

The full-beam aft master stateroom has two 3/4 size berths with a 6-drawer dresser between, individual reading lights, opening side windows with screens and blinds, two hanging lockers, and 6'3" headroom; this cabin also has a 32" Insignia ROKU TV. Forward, the VIP guest stateroom offers a V-berth for two with six storage drawers below, a hanging locker, reading lights, and access to the anchor locker, with 6'5" headroom.

Both ensuite heads include enclosed showers. The guest head has 6'7" headroom (guest shower 6'3") and the master shower is 6'3".

Twin Detroit 8V71TTI V-8 turbocharged diesels (435 HP each; approx. hours port 2,454/starboard 2,489) are paired with Racor fuel filters, a Glendenning synchronizer, Hynautic hydraulic steering with stainless steel wheels, Morse mechanical throttles, analog gauges, a rudder position indicator, and 8 x 36 stainless steel hydraulic trim tabs. Electrical gear includes an Onan 11.5 kW generator (11.5MDKBM-5177, ~704 hours), Xantrex Freedom XC 2000 inverter/charger, two 50 amp shore power cords, two 30 amp combiner, and two 28 x 31 pitch propellers.

Ted was born in Oklahoma and raised throughout the east coast including New England, Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina and Florida. He spent most of his summers in Northern Michigan where he fell in love with boating and sailing on Lake Michigan. He eventually settled down in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he and his wife Shannon enjoyed the South Florida lifestyle including boating, fishing and a passion for scuba diving. While living on the New River in Fort Lauderdale, Ted owned several boats from center console fishing boats to small cabin cruisers.

For nearly 30 years, Ted owned Palm Beach Confections, a chocolate retail and manufacturing company, which he built from the ground up. He operated retail chocolate stores throughout Florida including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando and Tampa. After selling his business, Ted has enjoyed a career in the automotive industry specializing in sales and finance.

Ted is an avid boater and loves spending time on the water. He is looking forward to completing America's Great Loop sometime in the future. Ted is a member of AGLCA, MTOA and PADI. He is also a past member of the Fort Lauderdale Chapter of the US Power Squadron where he was an active participant.

Ted and Shannon have three grown children. Addison is a Physician's Assistant currently living in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Kyle is an attorney living in Washington DC but working for a West Palm Beach firm. Jake is a student at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.

Ted is willing to go the extra mile for his clients by being meticulous in his research. He strives to find a great match between each buyer and vessel. He works out of Stuart, Florida.
